Printers are not communicating with the Cloud Fleet Management

Issue description

Printers enrolled in the Lexmark Cloud Fleet Management (
CFM
) have stopped polling and won't respond to task requests from the Cloud Fleet Management.

Solution

Check the current printer firmware and manually update it using the printer's embedded web server.
Refer to the Firmware Update Instructions for the steps on How to Check, Download, and Update with the Latest Lexmark Printer Firmware.
