This article explains how to find information such as the
Serial Number
 (
SN
) and
Machine Type
 on the printer.
NOTE:
 The
Top-Level Indicator
 (TLI) and
Configuration ID
 are not included on all models of Forms printer.
What to do
Locate the small sticker situated just below lower-left side of the front door cover. The image below shows the Serial Number encircled in
red
.
