Issue description

Scan to Network Folder (
SNF
)
fails
and you are unable to validate access to the shared destination folder using the EWS’s
* Validate Path
option.
This happens even when the user credentials and the destination
subfolder
’s
Read
and
Write
permissions have been
set correctly
.

Explanation

The root share or folder where this subfolder resides under has
Read-only
access. This update fixes an issue that occurs when the user credentials have
Read/Write
access to the destination subfolder but

root share

as the destination, instead of the root share.
