Support article for Lexmark CX921
This is an Out of the Box (OOB) issue since it is induced during the installation of the Lexmark device.
This issue was induced by the incorrect installation of the device, most commonly due to the non-removal of packaging material, specifically the Packaging Screw on the Stapler Option.

For remote fix opportunity, go through the steps in the Customer Section if the Customer has not already done so.
If the customer has confirmed that the Packaging Screw on the Staper Option has been removed, go through the steps in Common Issues Related to Setup and Installation to remove other packaging material from other parts of the Lexmark device.
