Support article for Lexmark C792
When poor print quality is seen on 1200 dpi images, it is most likely that the "Color Calibration" option is disabled in the printer. Print quality at 1200 dpi is degraded due to incorrect calibration values.
Before troubleshooting specific print problems, complete the initial print quality check steps.
If the issue persists after performing the initial troubleshooting steps, proceed with the steps below.

Manually initiate a calibration on the printer’s main menu.

Press the Menu button on the operator panel.

Scroll down and select Settings.

Press Printer Settings.

Select Quality.

Press Color Adjust.
Note: If the Color Adjust option is not available in the settings, please contact Lexmark Technical Support through the International Support Contact Directory.
