Wireless connectivity issues are encountered when connecting Lexmark printers or any multi-function devices to certain models of wireless gateway modems which is supplied by
Comcast/Xfinity

Rogers/Shaw

  • Wireless connection is successful but unable to print
  • Printer obtains wireless network IP address via
    DHCP
    but still unable to print
  • Pinging the printer IP results in a large number of lost packets and/or ping timeouts
  • The
    embedded web server
    (
    EWS
    ) intermittently loads when accessed
