The printers listed below fail to send a “
Near End of Life
” warning e-mail notification for the
Imaging Unit
. An e-mail alert will only be sent when the device’s Imaging Unit has already reached its
End of Life
and is at a
Non Continuable Stop
.
NOTE:
Toner Cartridge e-mail notification works.

Imaging Unit

on
Imaging Unit Low
.

Print Settings

Supply Notifications
> locate the
Imaging Unit
section, and then set
Email
as the behavior for the
Near End of Life
column.
Note:
