From the Configurations menu, click
All Configurations

Create or edit a configuration.
From the Color Print Permissions tab, do either of the following:

Configure the color print permissions for host computers

In the View menu, select
Host computers
, and then select
Include color print permissions for host computers
.
Click
Add
, and then type the host computer name.
To let the host computer print in color, select
Allow color printing
.
To let users that log in to the host computer print in color, select
Override user permission
.
Click
Save and Add

Save
.

Configure the color print permissions for users

In the View menu, select
Users
, and then select
Include color print permissions for users
.
Click
Add
, and then type the user name.
Select
Allow color printing
.
Click
Save and Add
or
Save
