For Windows users
- Access the print driver. For more information, see Accessing the print driver.
- In the Printing Preferences dialog, clickPaper/Finishing.
- In theOffsetmenu, select a setting
- ClickOK, and then clickPrint.
For Macintosh users
- Access the print driver. For more information, see Accessing the print driver.
- In the dialog that appears, choose a printer.
- In thePrinter Optionsmenu, and then chooseFinishing.
- ClickOffset Pages, and then choose a setting.
- ClickOK, and then clickPrint.
