Replacing the scanner glass pad

Install a new scanner glass pad when you continue to see faded scan jobs.
  1. Open the scanner cover.
  2. Remove the used scanner glass pad.
  3. Unpack the new scanner glass pad.
  4. Align the new scanner glass pad to the scanner glass.
  5. Close the scanner cover to attach the new scanner glass pad.
  6. Open the scanner cover.
  7. Apply pressure to the scanner glass pad to secure it.
  8. Close the scanner cover.
