Issue description

The printer shows a 3.01 "The standard output bin is full error" message even if the output bin is not yet full.

Solution

  1. Check the right side of the staple, hole punch finisher (SHPF).
  2. If the
    SHPF tray is not level to the floor (A)
    , then realignment is necessary.
  3. Contact customer support for assistance on the possible realignment.
