Issue description

When printing a document, the printer displays multiple error codes on the control panel and reports that all cartridges are missing or unresponsive. These errors could also appear intermittently.
Sample errors are 31.40D, 31.41D, 31.42D, 31.43D, 31.60D, 31.64D, 31.40B, 31.41B, 31.42B, 31.43B, 31.60B and 31.64B.

Solution

Check that the imaging unit is plugged into the printer.
