Distorted or wavy image when using the ADF

Scanning or copying on the ADF results in distorted, crooked, or wavy images on the top portion of the print.

Issue description

When using the ADF to scan or copy, the top of the page appears distorted or wavy, sometimes stretched or compressed.
The original document might also show signs of damage after passing through the ADF.
