Printing a booklet

Learn how to print a multiple‑page document that can be folded into a booklet.
Booklet printing is supported on any paper size that is supported by two-sided printing.
For Windows users
  1. With a document open, click
    File
    >
    Print
    .
  2. Select a printer, and then click
    Properties
    ,
    Preferences
    ,
    Options
    , or
    Setup
    .
  3. Click
    Layout
    , and then in the Page Layouts section, select
    Booklet
    .
    If necessary, configure the booklet settings.
  4. Click
    OK
     or
    Print
    .

For Macintosh users
  1. With a document open, choose
    File
    >
    Print
    .
  2. Select a printer, and then in the Presets menu, choose
    Advanced Layout
    >
    Booklet
    .
  3. Click
    Print
    .
