Collated printing does not work

Enable the collate setting to allow your printer to assemble the pages of a document in proper order.

  1. Perform the following tests:
    1. From the control panel, navigate to:
      >
      Settings
      >
      >
      Print
      >
      >
      Layout
      >
    2. Select
      Collate
      , and then press .
    3. Set Collate to On, and then press .
    4. Print the document.
    Is the document collated correctly?
    • Yes
      :
      The problem is solved.
    • No
      :
      Go to the next step.
  2. Perform the following tests:
    1. From the document that you are trying to print, open the Print dialog, and then select Collate.
    2. Print the document.
    Is the document collated correctly?
    • Yes
      :
      The problem is solved.
    • No
      :
      Go to the next step.
  3. Perform the following tests:
    1. Reduce the number of pages to print.
    2. Print the document.
    Is the document collated correctly?
