Downloading the printer firmware

Learn where and how to download the latest version of the firmware in your printer.

Type the printer model, and then click

Find Drivers & Downloads

In the

Recommended Firmware

section, click the zip file.

Accept the End-User License Agreement, and then start the download.

You can save the file either to your computer or flash drive.

After downloading the firmware, extract the zip file, and then locate the firmware flash file (.fls)
