Cannot connect the printer to the Wi‑Fi network

Try one or more of the following:
  • From the control panel, navigate to
    Settings
    Network/Ports
    Network Overview
    Active Adapter
    , and then select
    Auto
    .
  • Make sure that the printer is connected to the correct Wi‑Fi network. For more information, see Connecting the printer to a Wi‑Fi network.
    Some routers may share the default Wi‑Fi name.
  • Make sure that you entered the correct network password.
    Take note of the spaces, numbers, and capitalization in the password.
  • Make sure that the correct wireless security mode is selected. From the control panel, navigate to
    Settings
    Network/Ports
    Wireless
    Wireless Security Mode
    .
