Delayed touchscreen response when waking from sleep mode

Touchscreen lag when waking from sleep mode

Issue description

The new FW24 update reduces the touchscreen's sampling rate during sleep mode to save power. As a result, you might need to press the touchscreen a bit longer to wake it up than in previous versions.
This change only affects the first press to wake the device; all other touches will respond as usual.
