When doing V-fold or booklet jobs, a repeating 451.99 error code appears
Issue description
A repeating 451.99 paper jam error appears during V-fold and booklet jobs when set to a custom paper size setting.
Solution
Custom paper size setting supports the following paper measurement ranges:
- Paper length: 10.11–18 inches (257.0–457.2mm).
- Paper width: 7.16–13 inches (182.0–330.2 mm), but only in the following ranges:
- 7.16–7.18 inches (182.0–182.5 mm)
- 8.14–8.9 inches (207.0–225.0 mm)
- 9.8–10.11 inches (250.0–257.0 mm)
- 11–12 inches (279.4–306.0 mm)
- 12.99–13 inches (330.0–330.2 mm)
