X64x Print Quality Tool ? Solid Black Copies with 3mm White Border

Issue description

Image comes out as a solid black sheet with a three millimeter white border.

NOTES:

This defect can appear on a Lexmark X64x
scanner.

The menu pages prints fine, but scanner copies are solid black with a three millimeter white border at the edge of the page.

Sometimes just the left or right-hand side of the page will be solid black, with the white border still visible around the whole page.

Recommended troubleshooting

This defect requires immediate scanner service. If the device is still in warranty, please contact Lexmark Technical Support
to set up service.
