problem communicating with the server message may appear when importing an IP address list (e.g., txt or csv file) using the
Discovery Profiles' import
option on
MarkVision Enterprise
(
MVE
).

Recommended solution
Make sure that the IP addresses found on the list are
valid
.
NOTE:
An
invalid
IP address causes a failure to load the IP address list through Discovery Profile (e.g., xx.xx.110.00).
