What you will see
Printer or MFP hangs or freezes when connected to a network that contains multiple Microsoft Windows Vista or Windows 7 clients.
Other identifiers of this issue:
- -Printer resides in a multi-workstation environment
- -A single-workstation network environment does not display this behavior
- -More than one workstation (PC) has an IP port or print queue created or captured to the printer
- -Local printers connected via USB cable do not display this behavior
