It is not possible to configure these with MarkVision Professional or the web interface. A TELNET session to port 9000 or an older utility like MarkVision Classic or Interwin will work with these adapters.

Check the firmware revision. Anything older than

x.9.14

will not provide configuration options through a web browser or MarkVision Professional.To obtain the latest version of firmware for your print server:

Select
Network Adapters
from the list of products and then choose your adapter.
Click on
Firmware
and download the latest version for your adapter.

It may also be necessary to activate the HTTP configuration setting with a TELNET session to port 9000.
