Additional Information
Make sure the application's (e.g.,
MS Word
,
Adobe Acrobat
, etc.)
Paper Size
is smaller than the actual booklet paper size selected in the print driver. For example, if you want to create a booklet using 11x17 paper that will include eight pages (i.e., two folded duplexed pages), then the page size you select in the application should be letter size or "next step" smaller than 11x17 while the print driver paper size should be 11x17. The driver will automatically create the booklet using the smaller application-defined paper size. Failure to setup the paper size correctly in the application can result in a booklet with missing print or page information split on two different booklet panels.
Also, do not create the booklet in an application ahead of time; example: adding a “
Book fold
” in
MS Word
. Use only the
Lexmark Print driver
to create booklet.
