Overview
All printout from
SAP
to the Lexmark X86x
, X95x
, & MX711
MFPs with IPDS DLE
card installed are shifted to the right
. This occurs when printing from an AS400
environment via a Printer Command Language (PCL

The default A4 size of the PCL emulation of the printer is

1 | Access the printer EWS by typing the printer’s IP address into the URL field of your browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari). For example, enter http://MFP_IP_Address , where MFP_IP_Address is the IP address of the printer. |
2 | Navigate to Settings >Print Settings >PCL Emul Menu >PCL Emulation Settings . |
3 | Change A4 Width to 203 mm (7.99 in ), and then click Submit .See sample image here. |
Option 2:
Via the printer Operator Panel
Step | Action |
1 | On the operator panel, navigate to Menu >Settings >Print Settings >PCL Emul Menu >PCL Emul Settings . |
