Issue description

In
Mac 10.6.8
 and
10.10.5
, when using
Adobe InDesign
 application trying to print on
SRA3 120g cardstock paper
, the print output is
flushed
 or
reddish
. The printer may not be able to pull the paper properly due to its thickness.

Solution

Updating the printer firmware will fix the issue. Please contact
