NOTES:
- Blank pages can sometimes occur when the printer picks more than one page at a time.
- The recommendations listed below are to correct continuous blank pages.
Recommended troubleshooting
- Clear the paper path of any media, staples, or obstructions. (Sticky notes or labels can block the laser path.)
- Try printing on recommended media that is dry and fresh out of a ream.
- Check the toner level. Replace theprint cartridgeif the toner is low.
- Check thetransfer rollassembly for contamination and wear. Replace thetransfer roll, if needed.
- Check the left and right-hand transfer roll brackets. Replace them if damaged.
- The cartridge may be empty. Try printing with a different cartridge if one is available.
- Check metal contacts between the cartridge and printer. Click here to see a picture of good contacts.
- If blank pages persist, contactLexmark Technical Supportto set up service for the printer.
