Replace the LVPS If display is dark or blank. if the cooling fans are running, proceed to step 2.
2
Remove printer's side cover on the controller card side.

Check Voltages on System Card for 3.3 Volts.
  • If 3.3 Volts missing, replace System Card.

Are LEDs lit on scanner controller card?

  • 110 V machines - 100 to 127 V AC
  • 220 V machines - 200 to 240 V AC
When the voltage is within the limits, then proceed to step 5. If not, try a different outlet.
