Procedure 1: Verify your selection via "
Home Screen Customization"

Click on Menus.

Click (right arrow button) next to Settings
.

Click (right arrow button) next to General Settings
.

Press arrow button until Home Screen Customization
is displayed.

Click(right arrow button) next to Home Screen Customization
.

Press (down arrow button) until function of interest is displayed.

Confirm that it shows Display
next to the function.If not, use right
or left
arrows to switch from
Do Not Display
to
Display
.

Press Submit
.

Procedure 2: Initial Setup

From the operator panel, select Menus
> Settings
> General Settings
> Run InitialSetup
> Select Yes
> Submit

, and then reboot the MFP.

Follow setupsteps through Language

, Time Zone
until you reach
Functions to Enable
.

Place a checkmark next tothe FAXfunction or function of interest.

Click Continue
,and then finish the initial setup.

Procedure 3: Access Control Activation

Click on Menus

Click on
Security
.

Click
Edit Security Setups
.

Click
Edit Access Controls
.

Scroll to the function of interest,andthen verify thatstatus shows
Enabled
.

If necessary, change the value to Enabled
, and then click
Submit
.
