Suggested Remedy
Mac Binary PS
should be enabled on the recipient printer or MFP in order for Remote Copy to work properly. You can choose to either set it to "On
" or "Auto
" as both will work. To do this, two
locations/methods
exist to make this setting change. Method 1:
Embedded Web Server(EWS) via Settings(Configuration) > Network/Ports > Standard Network
. - Click onSettings.
- Click onNetwork/Ports.
- ClickonScan to Network.
- Next toMac Binary PS, click on the down-arrow to selectAutoorOn.
- ClickSubmit.
Method 2:
MFP Control Panel viaMenus > Network/Ports / Standard Network
.- Press theMenusbutton in lower right-hand corner of control panel.
- SelectNetwork/Ports.
- SelectStandard Network.
- Scroll down until you seeMac Binary PS.
- SelectAutoorOn.
- SelectSubmit.
