Action
1
Install
PKI Debug version 3.1.1
.
Notes:
  • Please call
    Lexmark Technical Support

  • Public Key Infrastructure
    (
    PKI
) – A set of roles, policies, and procedures needed to create, manage, distribute, use, store, and revoke digital certificates and manage public-key encryption.
2
Launch the PKI Debug tool and use the following settings:
  • File Transfer Debug Level:
    1
  • Authentication Debug Level:
    10
  • Email Debug Level:
    9
  • Long logon time:
    0

3
Once settings is configured, in the EWS page, go to
Applications
>
PKI/Active Directory Debug
> Then select the logs needed.
Note:
It is recommended to select
All Files
since it contains all the printer's logs (i.e., LDAP log, Security Log, etc.).
