909 Error
indicates that the MFP/printer has detected a problem with the electrical power being supplied to it and has shut down to prevent damage.Possible cause
Power surges or dirty power near 0 volts (the point at which the MFP/printer turns the fuser on) is the most likely cause of this issue.

Check to see if you had any electrical problems recently. For example:

Power the printer off, wait 30 seconds, and power it back on. Did this resolve the issue? | Print a test page. If there's no error and the page prints, the issue is resolved. | See Step 3 . |
