” error appears on the printer's operator panel.

| Leave the printer powered on for at least TEN seconds with the error message showing on its screen. |

| Then power off the printer for at least another TEN seconds . |

| Power it on again and see whether the error has cleared. If issue persists, proceed with the steps below. |

| This issue can be due to an older level of firmware; please update the firmware to the latest version. |

| Download the latest firmware code.
Note: The downloaded ZIP file should contain a text document (Update Instructions ) and an “.fls ” file (actual code). |
