The printer displays a 121.02, 121.16, 121.41 Service Fuser Error
or 126.01 Service LVPS Error

This issue affects the following printer models:

Single function: CS310, CS317, CS410, CS417, CS510, CS517, and C2132

Multi-function: CX310, CX317, CX410, CX417, CX510, XC2130
, and XC2132
MFP

Make sure that the printer is plugged directly into the wall (i.e., do not use with power strip or surge protectors).

Perform POR
or Power-On Reset (
for steps on how click here) and check if the error message still appears.

Make sure that printer has been turned on in ambient temperature for 30 min.
