Solution

Check if the Toner Cartridge and Imaging Unit are Genuine Lexmark Supplies
Use the Check to Protect Tool to verify the serial numbers.
If the toner cartridge or imaging unit is non-genuine (third-party), replace it with a Lexmark Genuine supply.
Reinstall the Toner Cartridge and Imaging Unit
Power off the printer.
Remove both the toner cartridge and imaging unit.
Reinsert them carefully, ensuring they are properly seated.
Verify the Printer’s Date and Time Settings
On the printer control panel: Go to

Security
Set Date and Time
Using the Embedded Web Server (EWS): Navigate to
Settings
Security
Set Date and Time
Check for Firmware Updates
Make sure your printer is running the latest firmware version.
Visit the Drivers & downloads site to download and install updates if needed.
