This document will guide you in extracting and importing file from one Lexmark printer to another.

Step 1

. Access the printer's embedded webserver (

EWS

) by typing its IP address on browser. (e.g., https://192.168.10.xx)

Step 2

. Click on

Settings

>

Security

>

Security Setup

> then click on

Kerberos 5

.

Step 3

. Click on "

View file

" button to view the Kerberos file.

Step 4

. To extract the Kerberos file, copy all the contents of the viewed file, paste it on a text editor and then save it as a

*.conf

file.

Step 5

. To import the Kerberos file to another Lexmark printer, follow

, then click on the "

Choose file

" under the

Import Kerberos File

section.

Step 6

. Click on "

Submit

" once import is complete.

Step 7

. Select "

View file

" to verify that the import was a success.
