The Printer Posts a 200.01 Paper Jam Error

Defect Symptom
200.01 Paper Jam – Input sensor covered during warm-up sequence.
Customer Repair Action & Troubleshooting
  1. Ensure paper has been removed beneath the Cartridge/Imaging Unit.
  2. With the Cartridge/Imaging Unit removed, ensure the gray input sensor is upright, protruding through the green guide.
Repair Sequence 1 (Copy into Siebel)
  1. Re-plug Input/Duplex Sensor at System Card.
  2. If the error persists, replace Input/Duplex Sensor.

Repair sequence 2 (Copy into Siebel)
  1. For models MS310/410 or MX310/410, replace ACM Clutch.
