Lexmark CX82x_72x and XCxxxx: Customer Support Solution Produces an E-mail Send Error Regardless of Successful Transmission

Issue Description:
A message appears when using the Customer Support App as shown in the image below:

This is possibly caused by:
- Initiating an e-mail using the e-mail icon successfully transmits the e-mail.
- Initiating the same e-mail functionality built into the Customer Support app results in the above, and this outcome is regardless of a successful e-mail transmission.'SMTP server configuration error'
Solution:
Update your
Customer Support app
version.
- For 2010 and 2012 Released Printers:Customer Support v5.2.6.1
- For 2016 Released Printers:Customer Support v6.1.4.2
