- Resetthe engineservice error.
To do this, enter the
Diagnostics menu

), navigate to PRINTER SETUP
and selectReset Engine Service Error
.- If errorpersists, then:
- Open the drawer (tray).
- Remove all paper from the tray.
- Follow the paper loading instructions seen in loading-the-2500sheet-tray-ho4015.html#loading-the-2500sheet-tray_HO4015.
- RepeatStep 1.
- If errorstill persists, then follow additional troubleshooting suggestions found in theService Manualfor the2500-sheet tray"transfer guide motor failure".
- Escalate this issue to your next level of support if this intervention required (IR) message cannot be resolved.
