  • A bug in the printer's firmware causes the error; it is currently being investigated by the Firmware PE Team under
    EV# 328421
    .
  • Current engine code E613 does
    not
     include this fix. This fix is soon to be released as
    Engine Code E701
    (included as part of EC5)
