SCAC: Error Message, 'User cannot find KDC for requested realm'
Issue Description:
A message displayed on device says, "
"
Unable to contact the domain controller for the user's realm.
Also, the system error log indicates,
- User cannot find KDC for requested realm.
- The realm, domain controller or the domain specified in the Kerberos configuration file is incorrect.
Solution:
You may have to add the missing realm or realms to the Kerberos configuration file, or modify the incorrect realm.
- Access the MFP's embedded Web server via IP Address or Hostname.
- ClickSettings.
- ClickSecurity>Security Setup>Kerberos 5>View File.
