When a customer powers on the printer, It registers a "
Busy, please wait
" message during the boot up process.Recommended solution
Perform this procedure to fix the issue:

| Power the printer Off using the Main Power Switch and wait for 10 seconds before powering the printer back On . Check the printer if the error message is cleared.Did this resolve the issue? | Issue Resolved | Proceed to Step 2 . |
