Corrupted solutions configuration file

Printing an Event Log Summary report via the Configuration Menu or a Print Log Summary report via the Diagnostics Menu
Known Issues/Notes of Interest:
Staple option grayed out for copy when “Copy From” and “Copy To” paper size is specified. As a workaround, resolve the issue by selecting “Auto Size” for these values or contact Technical Support for a PE firmware release that resolves the issue.
