The set-up where the problem is encountered involves the following:
- Any versionof the Scan to Network embedded solution
- Distributed File Share(DFS) as the scan destination
- Firmware version of.P313andbelow
NOTE:
DFS
is a set of client and server services that allow an organization using Microsoft Windows servers to organize many distributed file shares.
Recommended solution
Update the printer’s firmware with
PE Release code .P314
or
later
.
