LDD
). This application includes a
System Health
 page that monitors the system load.
Investigation
Some customers query whether other ways exist to monitor the LDD server system health using third-party monitoring software, such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (
SCCM
).

No, the system health for LDD currently
does not have the option
to be monitored by third-party tools and applications.
There are other options in monitoring the system health for LDD; below are a few of these suggestions:
  • Monitor the Lexmark processes (ISAS) and Servers (Tomcat, Apache).
  • Check the CPU usage under Task Manager.
  • Check how much disk space is available.
