800.00 Scanner Error Appears on the Printer Display

Affected Products:
Multifunction: MX82x, MX72x
Issue Description:
The printer displays a blue screen with "Scanner Comm Failure [800.00]” and “Motor Card” errors.
Solution:
  1. Power off the printer and wait for a few seconds then power it back on.
  2. Observe if the error remains.
