Using a Local Agent

Learn how to use a Local Agent.
The Local Agent is a Fleet Management agent for managing USB-connected printers that otherwise do not have a means of communicating directly with Cloud Fleet Management. For more information on the Fleet Management Agents, see Selecting an agent.
The Local Agent supports Windows 64-bit and Windows 32-bit operating systems only
To use a Local Agent, do the following:
  • Download the Local Agent
  • Obtain an activation code
  • Install the Local Agent
  • Activate the Local Agent
