1. OVERVIEW

    This Readme file pertains to the current release of the LEXMARK SCAN TO
    RIGHTFAX XML application.

    Lexmark Scan to RightFax XML is an embedded solution that can be installed on
    multifunction printers that support the Lexmark Embedded Solutions Framework
    (eSF) v4.x, v5.x, or v6.x. This application lets you scan documents at a
    printer and send them directly to a RightFax server. RightFax is a network
    fax application that runs on Windows servers and enables users to receive
    faxes at their computers.

4. LIMITATIONS AND COMPATIBILITY OF RELEASE

    a. RightFax Version 10 of the RightFax server is required.
	
    b. E-mail notification attachments are in TIF format.
	
    c. Disabling fax on FAC before installing the app, and then enabling fax afterward,
       will still not show the app icon. This is a known issue for all apps that override fax.


5.  RELEASE NOTES
