When printing from the S or Pro Series printers, you may encounter blank pages being printed.
To rectify this issue, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
While on the main screen of the printer, open the cover.
Place the printer into “Replace Printhead” mode using the Maintenance menu. To access this mode, follow the steps below:
Open the covers and look into the printer on the left-hand side where the cartridges are inserted into the printhead – a WICKING PAD is located there.
|4||Seat the printhead again. Unpower the printer and connect it again. Open the cover and reseat all four tanks. Press firmly on the rear of each tank and make sure all four snap in tight.||...|
Insert plain paper and run Deep Clean.
If you cannot get all four inks to lay clean, identify which one, if any of them, is failing.
