Issue Description:

During scanner operation, whether it be the scanner calibrating on power-up, or making scans or copies,
an 800.00 error code can appear with a blue background on the printer home screen.

 

Solution:

  1. Power the printer Off for at least one minute.
     
  2. Power the printer On and check if the issue persists.
     
  3. Should the issue persist, please refer to the next section of this document.
