During scanner operation, whether it be the scanner calibrating on power-up, or making scans or copies,
an 800.00 error code can appear with a blue background on the printer home screen.
- Power the printer Off for at least one minute.
- Power the printer On and check if the issue persists.
- Should the issue persist, please refer to the next section of this document.
